Taking the unusual choice of lunch venue, we headed towards the Food Court at 1 Utama (or 1U as the locals would say). Food Republic at 1U is not as expansive as Pavillion’s in the city, so it was a pleasant quick scan of food choice before my Apprentice settled for Japanese.
By the way, it wouldn’t hurt either to bring in the vendor that sells awesome fried carrot cake & oysters too into 1U’s Food Republic… hint, hint.
The brownie point for having lunch AFTER the lunch crowd is enjoying such calming views from the dining section:
I’m actually more excited about a new neighbor moving in next to Food Republic, and I know I shall frequent this new restaurant with my Apprentice 🙂
Yeah, wuddup Dubu Dubu!!
