I’m running out of superlatives for this AWESOMELY written drama. Seriously
We’re already at episode 14 and many viewers, I believe, are in the same mode as I am:
WHAT? ONLY 3 MORE Episodes to GO?! Jjincha?!
It is simply a testament how DAEBAK writers and production team can create a seemingly-straight forward storyline using a magnificently unconventional approach for a KDrama. Having a fantastic ensemble cast is a bonus too 🙂
We’ve seen the Cute, Sweet and Charming, so many were bracing for the steep dive into suspense, drama and more angst.
Especially after seeing this Episode 13 cliffhanger:
Holy Cr-Raaap! What can MS do in this situation?
From JW’s flashback scenes, we learn that he had a hunch something was a little off with our Fake Director, and did some sleuthing during after-office hours. So, the confrontation in the elevator was really his way of looking into MS’ eyes and pretty much saying the ball is in his court now. Hah!
Episode 14 (I still CANNOT wrap my head around the fact there’s only 3 more episodes left), was really about The Boys.
Along with Team Fake Director, we were concerned too what JW would do with this bit of information and what would happen should the President know about the fraud. But HEY, we have Super Writers Jo Sung Hee and Yang Hee Seung, and only this Duo can use Bromance as an opportunity to return the ball safely back into MS’s court 😀
And this was when MS accidentally found out JW’s big secret and realized this was his great savior to his predicament.
However, the ending of this episode was the timely introduction of the Real LHS, the spectre of a Hyung who dropped his younger brother in the deep end of the pool and figure out on his own how to stay afloat in Comfo.
Big bro’s disposition is certainly different from MS’s and NOW, we get to enjoy SIG’s acting of both brothers.
But, does this spell less Cuteness in the The Office for MS and SY? Wouldn’t Retail Team detect the difference in their Director’s personality?
